"After just 2 days I have the outline of my keynote speech. As someone who has never been on stage, I couldn't imagine arriving at that point. It is unbelievable."

"The most unexpected result was a sense of calm, knowing my speech is really going to land.

It's not in my nature to be calm, but that's how I feel after the workshop."

Keynote speaking is harder than it looks

In a recent survey of experts and leaders who are already speaking on their given topic, we found that:

15% don't know how to tell their stories

22% don't know which points to make

22% don't know how to keep the speech engaging

When you're struggling with any of these, it's hard to feel confident as a speaker.

Nerves take over as your eyes scan the room, desperately trying to work out if the speech is landing.

Do they like it? Is this working? Does anybody care?

And so, to combat those nerves, most speakers resort to typical presentation skills training:

  • How to ground your feet

  • Walk with purpose

  • Gesture appropriately

  • Avoid saying "um" or "ah"

But it doesn't help.

It simply gives the audience the illusion of a confident speaker, when in reality, you're still completely unsure of yourself.

That's because the real problem for most experts isn't polishing their presentation, but designing the speech itself.

Imagine if you knew, with absolute certainty, that your speech was designed in such a way that it would engage the audience from start to finish and move them to action on your big ideas...

even if delivered with 'ums' and 'ahs'.

That's the kind of confidence you're after.

And that is what you'll leave with after this intensive 2 day workshop with me and my team.
